Join Us As Aquatic Biologists, Inc. Celebrates 30 Years In Business
Aquatic Biologists, Inc. (ABI) is a specialty lake and pond management company. We deal specifically with lake and pond consulting, construction, design, maintenance, and supplies. We custom design lake and pond management plans and programs. The primary objective of each program is to create a self-maintaining aquatic environment rather than constantly fighting nuisance aquatic weeds, algae, and poor water quality. Aquatic Biologists, Inc. has been using aeration technology for over 30 years making us one of the most knowledgeable designers, suppliers and installers of aeration equipment in the country today. Our systems are individually designed for each lake or pond incorporating a variety of diffusers, compressors, and other equipment. Every system is designed to meet the needs of the water body and our customers’ goals as well. ABI offers a wide range of products and services that are beneficial and environmentally sound.
Lake and Pond Treatments Excessive aquatic plant and algae growth is one of the most frequent and frustrating problems encountered by lake and pond property owners. Lake and pond management programs should be directed at preventing nutrient loading and reducing organic accumulation. "Aquatic Biologists Inc., believes in not only treating the existing problem but identifying and alleviating the cause to provide long term management solutions." As certified and degreed biologists, ABI can identify nuisance aquatic plant species and recommend the proper management option(s) for your lake or pond. ABI has a wide variety of products, equipment, herbicides and other supplies to manage your lake or pond in a safe, effective and environmentally friendly manner. ABI offers over 30 management tools used to control algae. Lake and pond spraying is available upon request anywhere in Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, or Upper Michigan (Licensed, certified, degreed, and insured commercial applicators). Please Note: Wisconsin and most other states require chemical use permits for all algaecide and herbicide applications. Check with your local and/or state regulatory group for specific requirements. |
